About Glenda Wise

Glenda joined the Moreland family in 2026 and serves as Executive Assistant to Sarah Railey, President/Broker.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Education, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Literature, Glenda’s academic foundation enhances her people-centered leadership style, nuanced communication skills, and ability to navigate sophisticated interpersonal dynamics - qualities essential to luxury real estate operations. Her background includes roles as Executive Director; Director of Operations, Human Resources, and Payroll; as well as 20+ years of experience serving as an executive assistant at the highest levels of leadership.

Glenda has two daughters, two grandsons and one more on the way. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, oil painting, and adding stamps from different countries around the world to her passport.
