Andrew Ware was great to deal with. He was responsive to us and our questions. He was flexible on timing to view houses. He listened to our wish list, and then gave us his honest advice about where we should look, what was available, what was likely to come on the market, etc. He knows the city, he knows the market. And he didn't get frustrated during the process, which can be a winding road. Once we were under contract, his team was great at helping to schedule inspections, getting documents ready, etc. 100% would recommend.

Katherine Wright is top notch. She is a people-person and understands how to match her clients with real estate options that precisely serve their interests. Katherine elevated our search for our first home, and we ultimately found a much better valued deal thanks to her! I will be recommending her to all of my loved ones in the area looking at properties because this is exactly the quality of experience I know they deserve!

We love Jan Moreland! She's more than just our Realtor; she's a trusted friend and advisor. We first got to know Jan when we bought a house she used to own, and when we wanted to sell it, we knew to call her first. Wende Parks is a true professional. I have worked with Wende now on the sale of two homes and the purchase of one and she never disappoints. What I appreciate most about working with Wende is her honesty and integrity across the board. She is a straight shooter and gives you the facts. Cannot say enough good words about Justin Jette. Outside of being a neighbor and friend, he is a consummate professional. I texted him on a Tuesday night and he called me the next day...we had no more than a ten minute conversation and that was all he needed to be off to the races...
