As summer comes to a close, our real estate market is as busy as ever. Home sales are continuing to decrease, but low inventory and high prices are making this more of a seller’s market. As proven by significant year-over-year decrease in housing inventory over the past few summers, it’s likely that the cost of homes will continue to rise while we stay in a seller’s market for some time.
