Our aim is to provide a tailored launch strategy to every property that achieves the seller’s goals. Whether the goal is maximum exposure on the public market or discretion: Moreland has you covered.

A client may want their home sold off market for a variety of reasons: discretion/privacy concerns, tax valuations, and market testing.

MLS Flex listings are an option for testing market conditions without accumulating “Days on Market” or price history. It allows for more broad levels of exposure and requires sold data be reported.

  2. Private listings may receive exposure in the Austin-area on Moreland.com, as well as Austin Luxury Network, Top Agent Network, and Clubhouse (based on price)
    1. This is suitable for sellers who prefer to stay privately marketed and never hit the MLS
  3. MLS Flex-listings are displayed on Moreland.com and also syndicate to additional real estate websites.
