Austin Market Report: October 2019

Home sales in the greater Austin area increased by double digits in October, continuing the pattern of record-breaking statistics in sales of single-family homes. We’re continuing to see a decrease in average days on market, as homes sell even more quickly due to extremely low inventory and heightening prices.
