Classic sophistication in Davenport nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac. Taken down to the studs, this home has been completely remodeled with high-end finishes and fixtures. Beautiful steel doors and large windows allow for natural light to flood in and for views of the tree tops and hill country to be seen from both levels.

The main level floor plan is open, yet has dedicated spaces that are versatile. The kitchen features quartz countertops, Jennair appliances, gas range and custom cabinets. The large center island with bar seating is open to the living and dining areas. The second living area has a gas fireplace with custom mantel and built-in bookshelves. The office is accessible from both the living and breakfast rooms and has double steel doors opening to the backyard.

The primary suite, located upstairs, features vaulted ceilings, built-in cabinets, 2 walk-in closets, marble, dual vanities, a sleek tub and spacious walk-in shower. Two secondary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also upstairs. The upper level porch, accessible from the landing and two bedrooms, is a tranquil spot to relax and take in the beauty of Austin.

Walk out to the backyard from the breakfast area or office. A large patio spans the length of the house with a covered area and custom built-in wood bench ready for outdoor dining. A yard and precious playhouse has electrical run to it and is primed to provide hours of entertainment. The large two car garage has ample storage space, a work bench and dedicated storage closet.
