About Allyson Shutt

A native Austinite who grew up in Spanish Oaks, Allyson attended St. Michael’s Catholic Academy and went on to Texas Tech University where she graduated with a BFA in Acting. From a young age Allyson began learning the ropes of real estate in her dad’s footsteps. She has always had a passion for architecture and interior design, and understanding what makes a house a home.

Allyson joined Moreland Properties in 2020 and spend a year indoctrinating herself with the real estate industry before joining top producer, Greg Walling, as an agent and licensed assistant. With her first-hand knowledge of Austin, a deep-rooted and expansive network, and her passion of connecting with others, she brings an authentic and highly personal approach to each client.
