About Cecil Senter

Cecil has called Austin home since 1975, after graduating from Texas Tech University, and she has witnessed the city’s evolution firsthand. She joined Moreland Properties in 1997 when the firm opened its Lake Austin Boulevard office, initially helping wherever needed—unloading files, answering phones, and supporting daily operations. That role quickly evolved into producing marketing materials for listings and shaping the brokerage’s brand. Since 1998, Cecil has led Moreland’s marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency while showcasing both its exceptional properties and its agents. Now serving as Senior Marketing Advisor, she collaborates closely with staff and agents on branding, strategy, and business growth—helping strengthen Moreland’s position as Austin’s leading independent brokerage.
