About Debra Spindler

With 30 years at Moreland Properties, Debra brings deep institutional knowledge and steady leadership to the firm’s day-to-day operations. A lifelong Texan with roots in Dallas, El Paso, and Austin, she understands both the culture and the evolution of the Texas real estate landscape. As Office Manager, she oversees daily operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently, while also serving as a Notary. Debra is also a certified Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and assists clients and agents with multiple leasing needs.
Outside of work, she is passionate about giving dogs a second chance at life and enjoys staying active through hiking and exercise—interests that reflect the energy, care, and dedication she brings to everything she does.
