About Elizabeth Howden

Elizabeth Howden is a Realtor with Moreland Properties, proudly serving the community she has called home for most of her life. Born and raised in Central Austin, Elizabeth pairs deep local roots with an analytical and strategic mindset. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Before transitioning into real estate, Elizabeth worked in marketing and communications strategy at JPMorgan Chase and later as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Atlassian, a software company. Her background brings a unique blend of rigor, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to every client relationship.

Elizabeth made the pivot into real estate for one reason: she believes wholeheartedly in Austin. To her, investing in Austin real estate and building a life here is one of the most meaningful personal and financial decisions someone can make. She views her work as an opportunity to help people find not just a home, but their place, in a city with so much to offer.

Elizabeth lives in Pemberton Heights with her husband and their two young children.
