About Greg Walling

Greg Walling is a Broker Associate and Top Producer for Moreland Properties, a boutique agency representing the best in Austin real estate.

With deep Texas roots, Greg has lived in Austin since 1989 and is a graduate of Westlake High School and the University of Texas at Austin. His 30+ years in the area have given Greg a deep knowledge of Austin and all it has to offer, which he calls on to match his clients with the perfect property for their lifestyle.

Greg's 15 years of real estate experience are preceded by sales and service roles at the renowned Barton Creek Resort and Spanish Oaks Golf Club. Working in golf community development led to a transition to residential properties, negotiating the best possible deals for his clients. His post-college career in the golf industry instilled a strong customer service ethos and an appreciation for depth of product knowledge that followed him to real estate.

Recognized as one of the Top Producers at Moreland Properties, Greg credits his relationships for his success in the real estate industry. His long-term connections have followed him throughout his career and he enjoys keeping ties with clients, who frequently return to Greg for selling or buying their next home. His focus areas are in Central and South Austin, Westlake and Lakeway/Bee Cave, but Greg shows properties throughout the greater Austin area, from Liberty Hill to Dripping Springs and everywhere in between.

Greg is a member of the Elite 25, which represents the best of Austin’s Luxury Residential Real Estate Agents.

He is also a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, the Austin Luxury Network, and both the Texas and National Associations of REALTORS®. His involvement in the industry combined with a concierge-style approach to service gives his clients an edge in the market—and a wealth of experience in Austin life. Active in the Austin community, Greg and his wife are heavily involved in the Junior League of Austin and the Hannon Society, an organization which raises money for junior golf and helps provide collegiate scholarships through the Southern Texas PGA Association.

A die-hard Longhorn and member of the Longhorn Foundation, Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in business and corporate communications from UT where he walked on to the golf team and was a Silver Spur and handler for Texas' famous mascot, Bevo. Texas football and barbecue are among his all-time favorite things about Austin, along with trying the latest restaurants and playing golf whenever he gets the chance.

Greg lives in the Westlake area with his wife, Keri, their twins, Graham and Whitney, and their beloved Goldendoodle, Bo.
