About Matt Duke

Matt Duke is a third-generation Austin real estate agent and Central Austin native who brings lifelong local knowledge and a family legacy in real estate to every client relationship. Born and raised in Austin, Matt helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Austin real estate market with an understanding of the neighborhoods, homes, and lifestyles that make the city unique. His local knowledge extends across Central Austin and surrounding communities, including Tarrytown, Clarksville, Zilker, Travis Heights, Hyde Park, and Westlake.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Matt studied business, risk management, and history before beginning his career at the world’s largest commercial insurance brokerage, working in both Dallas and Austin. That experience strengthened his attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to evaluate risk, qualities he now applies to residential real estate transactions.

Whether helping a first-time homebuyer find a home in Austin, guiding a homeowner through the selling process, or assisting an investor with an investment property, Matt takes a personalized approach built on trust, transparency, and clear communication. He combines his Austin roots with a business-minded perspective to help clients make informed decisions and move confidently toward their real estate goals.

Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys boating on Lake Austin, playing golf, walking his two dogs on the Town Lake Trail, participating in recreational sports, volunteering, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
