About Meg Alley

Meg Alley knows Austin's residential market inside and out. A proud resident of the Rosedale neighborhood, Meg has contributed to over $200 million in Austin residential transactions during her 15 year career, landing her recognition as a Top Producer and a place on the Austin Business Journal's Top 25 Residential Real Estate Agents list. From single family homes in some of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods, to iconic urban developments like 44 East Ave, The Modern, The Independent, The Seaholm Residences, and The LAAN Residences, Meg has helped shape the very skyline that defines the city today. Meg made Austin her home and her career, and she hasn't looked back since.

Now at Moreland Properties, Meg brings that same expertise and client-first approach to buyers, sellers, and investors across Austin. She is known for clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a hands-on style that ensures every client feels genuinely supported from first showing to final closing.

When she's not working, Meg is likely training for her next marathon. With 28 races under her belt, including a 1st place age group finish at the 2017 LA Marathon, she brings the same endurance to everything she does. She can also be found chasing adventure in places like India, Argentina, and Indonesia (a love of exploration she traces back to biking across the country with her family in high school), and cheering on her three young daughters. She also served as Parent Board President at her girls' school, because showing up fully is just how she operates. Meg holds a biology degree from The University of Colorado and earned a post-grad business certificate from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
