About Melissa Fox

Melissa has called Austin home since 2003, when she attended the University of Texas at Austin. Her love for the city led her to put down roots and join Moreland Properties in 2014.

Melissa supports agents and clients throughout the transaction process, helping ensure closings move forward smoothly and efficiently. She assists the accounting team with processing closings and is available on a per-transaction basis to provide support with file management, listing coordination, and contract-to-close services. Known for her attention to detail and flexibility, she is a reliable resource at every stage of a transaction.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Luna, and cheering on the Longhorns as a devoted UT alumna and sports fan.
