Salma Teran is a graphic and brand designer dedicated to crafting vibrant visuals that leave a lasting impression. Her work is deeply influenced by her identity as a Hispanic woman and the southwestern culture of her hometown, El Paso, Texas, celebrating self-identity and advocating for the rights of individuals and the environment.
While pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Design at the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Design and Creative Technologies, she has worked with several nonprofits, including NextGen America, Deeds Not Words, and Jolt Action, using design and art as a tool to uplift voices and inspire meaningful change.
