Sarah's career at Moreland spans nearly 25 years. After earning her real estate license, she quickly discovered a passion for brokerage operations, business development, and supporting agent success. She has held leadership roles including Relocation Director, Vice President, and Chief Operations Officer before being named President in 2025. Throughout her tenure, Sarah has helped guide the company through changing market cycles while preserving the personalized service, trusted relationships, and local expertise that have defined Moreland for nearly four decades.

Known for her approachable leadership style, Sarah has cultivated a workplace where collaboration, mentorship, and shared expertise drive better outcomes for both agents and clients. She is deeply committed to developing talent and creating opportunities for others to grow, having built her own career under the mentorship of founder Emily Moreland.
