November home sales totaled over 30,500, which is just less than 300 homes shy of last year’s sales volume at this time of year. Each county is experiencing double-digit increases in sales, however, with the City of Austin rising by 4.5% to 670 sales. The demand in Austin continues to surpass supply, with the market experiencing a greater urban sprawl than we’ve previously seen. With sales prices increasing still, it’s not likely we will see a downturn in home sales come 2020.
