- Located within The Carpenter Hotel off of South Lamar and Barton Springs, the hotel itself was repurposed from an old carpenter’s hall. Hot L’s current selection of choice is “The Lady Bird,” a rosemary latte with orange bitters for a flowery morning wake-up call.
