April is a time to celebrate the spirit of service and here in Austin and throughout the Hill Country, that spirit runs deep. At Moreland Properties, giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s part of who we are. From company-wide initiatives to the individual passions of our agents and team members inspired by our founder, Emily Moreland, philanthropy is woven into our culture and the way we show up for the communities we serve.
Volunteer Month gives us the opportunity to spotlight organizations making a meaningful impact across Central Texas—and to encourage our community to find ways to volunteer in and around the Hill Country. Many of these nonprofits are supported directly by our agents through hands-on service, donations, and ongoing advocacy. From addressing food insecurity to supporting seniors, children, families, and animals in need, these organizations reflect the same sense of care and connection that defines both Austin and the Moreland Properties family.

At Moreland Properties, we’re proud to stand alongside organizations that are creating real, lasting impact—and even prouder of the agents and team members who consistently show up to support them. Giving back is not just a moment in April for us; it’s an ongoing commitment to strengthening the communities we call home.
This Volunteer Month, we invite you to be part of that mission. Whether you lend your time, donate resources, or help spread the word, every effort matters. And if you want a closer look at how we show up in the community, follow along with Moreland’s Service Crew on our socials to see where we’re volunteering next and how you can get involved.
