An Austinite since 1983, Kakky holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Texas. She began her career in residential real estate in San Antonio before expanding into commercial development, leasing, and sales in both San Antonio and Austin. In 2000, she returned to her passion for residential real estate, where she continues to thrive helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Her business, primarily driven by referrals, reflects her dedicated service and exceptional professionalism. She specializes in the Central Austin area surrounding the University of Texas, leveraging her extensive market knowledge and networking skills to identify properties before they hit the market. Known for her attention to detail, honesty, and integrity, Kakky is dedicated to listening to her clients’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction whether they are buying or selling.

Kakky lives in Tarrytown with her husband, Jim. She enjoys gardening, traveling abroad, and fishing along the Texas Coast. Actively involved in her community, she serves as a board member of the Hope Food Pantry of Austin and is a member of The Helping Hand Home for Children, Friends of Hospice and the Assistance League of Austin.
