About Sean Kubicek

Sean Kubicek is a native Austinite who has a passion for real estate brokerage, development and investments.  Sean has represented hundreds of clients in the purchase, sale, development, or investment of over $160M in transactions since 2012.  Sean first began investing in real estate in 2007 for his own account and enjoyed it so much, he went on to assist clients in a full-time capacity in 2012.  Since earning the “Rookie of the Year” designation from Moreland Properties in 2012, Sean has consistently been a Moreland Properties “Top 10 Producer” and “Outstanding Achievement” designee.  As a member of the Luxury League this year, Sean has proven his ability to navigate the high-end market with ease. Through deep market knowledge and experience, Sean and his wife, Claudia Scott (also with Moreland Properties) are able to assist new and experienced real estate buyers, sellers, developers, and investors with strategies for success in today’s competitive market. 

Representative Work:

• In a highly demanding and competitive market, assist residential buyers with sourcing and evaluating on and off-market properties and assist in a turn-key fashion from property selection through inspections, financing options, closing, and after-sale resources.
• Assist residential sellers with preparation and recommendations for listing their home, vendor recommendations for getting properties made-ready for sale and offering presentation, marketing and price strategies to achieve the best results for each seller.
• Assist builders and developers of single family homes, condos, townhomes, and multifamily properties with site selection, feasibility and due diligence, zoning and entitlement efforts, and market studies to best support their projects.  Assist builder’s with “pre selling” in-progress new homes during all stages of the construction cycle.
• Assist investors and real estate investment funds in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets and land for multifamily ground-up new construction.  Curate an investment strategy involving development, value-add and repositioning assets for market.
• Develop luxury single-family homes with a core focus and deep understanding of Westlake and Central Austin neighborhoods.  Involved in every detail from site selection and underwriting, team selection (architect, builder, engineer, and designer) to marketing and selling the finished product.

In his spare time, Sean loves spending time with his wife Claudia and their four kids, playing golf, walking Lady Bird Lake, and coaching Little League Baseball.
