About Allison Olson

With experience and knowledge from working in Austin as a Broker and Realtor for over 20 years, Allison Olson is, simply put, an asset to her clients, providing key, timely results with compassion and an appreciation for discretion. A Texas native, Allison has called Central Austin and Westlake home since 1996. Licensed as a Broker and Realtor since 2005, she is a seasoned agent who strives to truly connect with her clients and is known for digging deeper, asking key questions to truly ascertain what her clients’ wants, needs, and goals are for the stage in life they are in at that time.

Allison has personally been through the homebuilding process five times with her husband, custom homebuilder Eric Olson with Olson Defendorf Custom Homes. Her clients benefit from her first-hand building knowledge; she is an experienced advisor to clients who are considering building or updating their next home.

In her spare time, you’ll find Allison and family out on Lake Austin or down on the sidelines of their children’s many sporting events. Her favorite hobbies are listening to live music, traveling, spending time out on Lake Austin and down at their home at Cinnamon Shore on the Texas Coast, along with cheering on the Longhorns and trying new restaurants. Allison has a deep appreciation for giving back to our community and loves volunteering with many organizations throughout the city.

Allison loves working throughout the greater Austin area, and mainly assists clients in the core neighborhoods of Austin & Westlake. She is happy to help her clients in other areas as well and will be frank if she is not seasoned in a certain neighborhood. Just ask!
