Growing up in the Texas Hill Country, Kody spent his summers enjoying the spoils of the Highland Lakes. Being raised by parents who were coaches and teachers, Kody's dedication to serving others can be seen throughout his real estate career.

After receiving a business and finance degree from Louisiana State University, he moved back to the place he knew best, the Texas Hill Country. As a former student-athlete, he has taken that same passion, intensity, commitment, and work ethic it takes to play in Tiger Stadium and brought it to the luxury real estate market.
